Aqlama Language Services, a new company for Oweisco specialized in Language Services and based in Ramallah, Palestine, with offices in San Francisco - California and Dubai - UAE.  We have a large facility with transcribers and language experts in Ramallah office and we also work with a network of over 400 freelancers located in countries such as: Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Palestine, Venezuela, Peru, Turkey, and India.

The company was founded by Dr. Fayeq Oweis, a former Language Manager at Google and the recipient of the Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic language award. Fayeq has been in the localization industry for over 13 years and worked as a translator, reviewer, QA validator, and language manager. He was at Google for over 7 years and was responsible for launching most of Google’s products and services in Arabic and other languages, and has managed a large team of translators and language specialists.
